Family Registration

So that we may better plan for our coming school year at FUMC, please complete the attached form for your children ages birth – 5th grade…fill in the appropriate child’s name, age and the activities they will be participating in during the coming year.  The completed form can be returned to the church office, to a box in the Narthex or to your child’s Sunday School teacher.  Please also note if you will have a child that will need nursery care and the service you will generally attend (you are more than welcome to attend any service at any time).
